Black Friday was a fail. A major fail. Malls were open at 12am so my brother and I decided to take a nap after the family Thanksgiving party and wake up at 3am to go to the mall. That did not happen. We woke up at 4:30am because my brother's friend called him to ask him where he was. It was so hard to wake up! But we did it. We drove off and arrived at the mall around 5am and I really needed coffee so I decided to go to Starbucks first. The line was SO LONG for Starbucks. People waited in line for almost an hour so I decided to suck it up and not get coffee. I shopped around, but got scared off by the long lines for the registers. I obviously do not have the patience to be a Black Friday shopper. Anyway, my brother bought a pair of boxers with bananas on it. And that was it. That was our shopping spree.
I do have to commend myself for experiencing my first ever Black Friday though. All of my Fridays have always been--not black.

ReplyDeleteI'm sorry that you didn't get any shopping done because of the long lines. Having to wait in line for a long time is such a hassle. That's why I decided to stay at home the last Black Friday instead. And of course shop online.
ReplyDeleteI think I will start buying clothes online since it is usually cheaper. I just don't like the idea that we're resorting to doing everything online. Sooner or later I'm gonna be buying groceries online.
