Stress stress stress OMG

It's the start of finals weeks and I am figuring out a study plan. It's like I'm preparing for a battle. I have one final everyday this coming week. So five finals, one each day, so I'll officially start winter break on Friday. Exciting!! So I guess it's not as bad as some people who have two finals in a day. I like that I can study for one final, take it, and then forget all about it and start studying for the next final.
Anyway, I feel like we college students have so much to worry about when finals roll around. All the work we've been procrastinating on is catching up. We have to worry about getting sleep. And we worry about (well at least I do) eating the right foods so I don't end up constipated or desiring to poo during the 3 hour span of the final. I also don't want to look like a zombie after finals week.  I found this list of stress management tactics that you can use to relieve some of those finals related stress.
